Yes, we can include multiple pets in one portrait. Please choose the “2 pets” or “3+ pets” option when placing your order, as it requires more time and detail from our artists.

How do you package orders?

We use protective, flat packaging or sturdy tubes (depending on the size) to keep your artwork safe from bending, moisture, and scratches during shipping.

How long does it take to make?

Creating your custom portrait usually takes 5–7 business days. Shipping time will depend on your location, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is sent.

Can my friends be shown?

Yes. If your friends or family appear in the photo, we can include them in the artwork as long as you have their permission. Please make sure their faces are clear in the photo you upload.
